SIMPLE AGREEMENT FOR FUTURE TOKENS (SAFT)
This agreement governs the relationship of the parties for future tokens until the purchase of future NOW (Evernow) tokens (hereinafter referred to as "Tokens"), determines the obligations and legal rights of the parties, including, but not limited to, waivers of rights and limitations of liability. If you do not agree with this Simple Agreement for Future Tokens, you are not entitled to purchase Tokens.
Tokens are offered for purchase subject to exemption from registration requirements, that is, until the actual registration. As a result, there are significant restrictions on the transfer of Tokens, and there is also no public market for Tokens. Offer, sale or transfer of Tokens within the specified territories without registration or exemption from registration requirements is not allowed.
The volume of evaluation of the issue of Tokens is not the capitalization of the company and is necessary to ensure the operation of the project ecosystem. The volume of evaluation and release of Tokens is determined by the cost of 25,000,000 (twenty-five million) US dollars, which is 10,000,000,000 (ten billion) tokens with the initial price of the token of 0.0025 US dollars.
The cost of the future Token at the time of the conclusion of the agreement is 0.003 US dollars.
The project funding threshold is 1,000,000 (one million) US dollars.
The amount of purchase of Tokens under this agreement can be in the range from 1,000 (one thousand) to 9,000 (nine thousand) US dollars. The volume of purchase of Tokens in the amount of more than 9,000 (nine thousand) US dollars is carried out on the basis of the additional type of agreement.
Payment for the purchase of Tokens is made in cryptocurrency, by transferring BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT (in ERC-20, TRC-20, BSC, SOL, Polygon networks), USDC (in ERC-20, TRC-20, BSC, SOL, Polygon networks) and BUSD (in the ERC-20 network) to the crypto address used on the Cryptocloud crypto processing on the website https://evernow.be/. The actual number of Tokens to be credited is determined at the time of receipt of payment, at the rate of the Binance exchange of the payment currency in relation to USD.
After payment, an email will be sent to your specified address during payment from the email address invest@evernow.be, in response to which you need to send your MATIС crypto address (in the Polygon network) to receive tokens, with the personal data of the person who is the owner of the future tokens (passport, including the page registration, phone number, selfie with a passport spread).
The fact of payment and sending the completed questionnaire to email invest@evernow.be confirms agreement with the terms of this agreement, assurance of the legality of the origin of funds and provides the right to receive tokens.
Tokens are credited to the Buyer according to the following algorithm:
1) 5% on public offering of tokens on launchpad*
2) 90 days cliff** after point 1
3) 5% per month for 19 months
* platform for listing tokens on a decentralized exchange
** period when tokens are not credited
