1. I haven't received a confirmation email yet

Please check your junk mail folder and spam filter. Make sure you can receive emails from Add our email address to the whitelist of unfiltered email addresses. If you checked your spam folder and didn't receive a confirmation email from us, you may have used the wrong email address or made a spelling mistake.
What to do in this case? Write to us at, using the email you need to confirm, and we will promptly assist in this operation.

2. Why does the system say that my email address is already registered?

There can be two reasons for this:
You have already registered as a user before.
It is also possible that you started the registration process and for some reason could not complete it. If you have already entered your email address, the system may have already saved your login information.
What to do in this case?
Try logging in with your email address and password. If you do not remember your password, you can request a new password. See "Forgot password?" for this operation.

2. Login
3. I can't log in. What can I do?

If you can't log in, then you entered the wrong email and/or password. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password. See the item "I forgot my password".

4. I forgot my password. What can I do?

You can request a new password by clicking on the link "Forgot password?" on the login page of the evernow app. We will send you an email with a link to change your password. By clicking on it you will be taken back to the evernow application. Enter a new password here and save it. This completes the password change.
Please note: To protect your privacy, we do not store passwords in the clear, they are encrypted. Therefore, we cannot send you the old password. After you have saved the new password, you can log in.

5. How can I change my password?

You need to log in.
Click on the menu icon at the top right and select "Settings".
Find the "Change password" section and select it.
Enter your current password and new password. The password will be saved automatically.
