3. I can't log in. What can I do?
If you can't log in, then you entered the wrong email and/or password. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password. See the item "I forgot my password".
4. I forgot my password. What can I do?
You can request a new password by clicking on the link "Forgot password?" on the login page of the evernow app. We will send you an email with a link to change your password. By clicking on it you will be taken back to the evernow application. Enter a new password here and save it. This completes the password change.
Please note: To protect your privacy, we do not store passwords in the clear, they are encrypted. Therefore, we cannot send you the old password. After you have saved the new password, you can log in.
5. How can I change my password?
You need to log in.
Click on the menu icon at the top right and select "Settings".
Find the "Change password" section and select it.
Enter your current password and new password. The password will be saved automatically.
